LivingCare Pro was founded by Sarah Mitchell and David Chen in 2020. Sarah spent 15 years running assisted living facilities and knew intimately the challenges of managing care with outdated, disconnected systems.
"I was using spreadsheets, paper charts, and three different software systems just to track medications," Sarah recalls. "I knew there had to be a better way."
Partnering with David, a healthcare technology veteran, they set out to build the platform Sarah always wished she had. One that was simple enough for any staff member to use, yet powerful enough to handle the complex needs of modern care facilities.
Today, LivingCare Pro serves over 500 facilities nationwide, but our mission remains the same: give caregivers more time for what matters most — the people in their care.
